Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez and husband Ogie Alcasid are celebrating their first anniversary today.
"Happy anniversary to my beloved wife. I love you with all my heart," Alcasid said on Twitter.
On Wednesday, Velasquez said she is excited to mark their special day with the newest member of their family, Nathaniel James.
The singer said their family will be spending time together in Batangas.
"Batangas tomorrow for our anniv. Nakakatuwa nag-uumpisa kaming dalawa lang, ngayon may maliit na tao na kaming kasama," Velasquez tweeted.
Concertgoers can look forward to performances from Vice Ganda; Princess of R&B: Kyla; the Philippine Prince of Pop: Erik Santos and Pinoy champions--Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2 Grand Winner Marcelito Pomoy, and the first ever Star Powerwinner, Angeline Quinto.
Partial proceeds of the concert will benefit the Philippine General Hospital's Medical Social Service outreach program for cancer-stricken kids.
The funds will also be allocated for the continuous chemotherapy treatments of 5 cancer-stricken children. Anna Puno (co-producer), Regine and Ogie were the ones who initiated this advocacy in time for the love month.
