Lumelevel up na nga talaga ang relasyong Zanjoe Marudo at Bea Alonzo.
Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo are in the ninth month of their relationship and both of them have been discovering more about each other, contributing to a lot of the positive things that are happening in their lives now. Bea admits that Zanjoe has been a big influence on her to opening herself more to other people. “Mas madami kong natutunan sa kanya, ang daming revelations, ang daming discoveries sa isa't-isa. Siguro let's just say na siya ang nakapagpa-opensa akin sa lahat ng tao, I went out of my shell because of him. Isa siya sa mga tumulong sa akin to do that.”
The actress even reveals she’s been replying to text messages more often because of him. “Tsaka ngayon nagre-reply na ako madalas,” Bea laughs. “Kasi pinapaliwanag niya sa akin, sabi niya, ‘Minsan yung mga tao kailangan talaga ng reply kasi kapag hindi (sila nakaka-receive ng reply), they feel bad. Ako naman kasi hindi ganun, hindi ko nare-realize yun dati, ngayon mas sumasagot na ako,” Bea explains.
Bea and Zanjoe are excited to fly to New York to celebrate Christmas and New Year. It will be their longest out-of-the-country vacation as a couple. “Christmas Eve dito kasama ko yung family ko, siya din sa family niya kasi hindi pa naman kami mag-asawa so separate muna. Then naisip namin kapag Christmas Day wala naman na talaga ginagawa yung mga tao ‘di ba? So aalis na kami ng 25th. Nandun kami sa New York, January 7 na yung balik namin dito. Nandoon kasi yung family niya, yung dad niya and little sisters. Na-meet ko na sila dati, ime-meet ko ulit sila.”
The couple will be watching Broadway shows in New York but what Bea is most thrilled about is to see the crystal ball in Times Square on New Year’s Eve. “Makikita namin yung ball na bumabagsak sa Times Square,yun talaga yung gusto namin makita.” When asked if she and Zanjoe will kiss each other during the special event, Bea answered without batting an eyelash, “Oo! Ang layo ng dinayo pa namin para mag-kiss, sa Times Square pa!”
