Miss Universe 2013 has commenced and Miss Venezuela, Gabriela Isler, was crowned with the Diamond Nexus crown, in Moscow, Russia, November 9, 2013. The highly favored Miss Philippines fell short and landed as 3rd Runner-up.
Miss Venezuela's winning answer on the crucial Q&A portion of the night: What is your greatest fear and what did you do to overcome it? With feisty enthusiasm and a great smile, she answered: "Fear is not negative. We should overcome all our fears and this in turn would make us stronger. As soon as we overcome our fears we can face any challenge."
