Filipinos are now rooting for a new, super talented 'Filipino Pride', Jessica Sanchez, A Filipino-Mexican who was born and raised in the US, to be hailed as the first FilAm to win in the coveted American Idol competition!
As early as now, she is the favorite of the famous American Idol judges, J.Lo, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler. She is regarded as not only as one of the best singers in the competition but also as one of the best singers in the US.
Wow, that is a hell of a compliment!
And we, Filipinos are just too proud of her! We are once again put to the pedestal because of this cute cute FilAm with a very, very powerful voice!
